Building relationships with students while they are still at College is a highly effective recruitment strategy.

We encourage employers to raise their company profile in Dubai Men’s College  through:

• Sponsorship of students before they graduate
• Holding a recruitment drive in the College
• Participating in the annual DMC Careers Day in November
• Inviting selected student groups to visit your company
• Providing a guest speaker on a topic related to the curriculum
• Offering work placement (internships) to students

Many of our students are looking for part-time work to gain experience and earn money. Others work full-time while completing their studies. These students may be interested in working with your company after graduation.
